"I actually started out my artistic endeavors as a carver. I mostly carved gourds then I went to carving relief in Moose Antlers which I still do today.
I've been repainting dolls since 2006 and truly love it! I was a hairstylist for 15 years so I have been able to transfer my hair cutting and make-up skills to my dolls.
When I started repainting there was not a lot of information out there on how to do it so it probably took me about a year of trial and error to start to get the hang of it. I'm still learning and probably always will. I do all of my own rerooting and make clothes as well."
Toni Brown
Toni's character is Cruella de Vil and with her skills in hair, make up and fashion design we are sure to be dazzled. The Repaint Society is very excited to have Toni as part of the Once Upon a Time Project.
