"Hello! My name is Aysun Kuzey. Together with my four children and my cat I live in Cologne, Germany. Art has always been a very important part of my life. I have always painted and drawn, mostly portraits. Sewing and designing fashion is my second passion. How did I discover ooak-dolls-making for me? I wanted to make my two girls happy with unusual fashion for their Barbies. So I did some research on the internet and I was in awe of all the artistry, fantasy and talent I saw. Especially the artwork of Renée Coughlan inspired me to get some dolls and try it myself. This was back in 2002. Since then I haven't been able to stop to create my ooak-dolls. My house is conquered by fairies, fighters, vampires, witches and many many more. Several first and second places at the German Fashion Doll Competitions and clients in the USA, England, France, Germany, Poland and Australia are telling me that I am on the right path!"

Aysun is amazing... simply amazing. She created the beautiful M from the Game of Thrones. The details, the embroidery, that face, that hair, that necklace.... she was a gorgeous addition to the collaboration. We are SO excited to see Aysun's creations for the Once Upon a Time Project; Mulan and the Mad Hatter. Just take a look at the pictures and you will see just how amazing these dolls are going to be.
